Arantcha has 5+ years as a frontend developer with React, Vue and WordPress, creating interfaces that are enjoyable to use. She was a bookseller, so she thinks about screens like pages that are easy to read: good structure, clear rhythm. In frontend, there is a lot of talk about pixel perfect, but little about what happens in the code to truly care for the experience: HTML semantics, loading/error states, guiding messages. She is excited to share practical tips and help juniors and people from different backgrounds see that their perspective adds value and breaks patterns.

Victoria Clotet is a software engineer and product manager passionate about AI and open source. She studied a double degree in Computer Science and Commerce at the University of Virginia (USA) and has developed projects combining technology, design and product. She has been part of Founders Inc. in Silicon Valley, Google for Startups Madrid and the Makers Fellowship LATAM. She is currently CPO at Twintual, an AI startup in Spain featured in Antena 3, Forbes and La Vanguardia.

María is a UI Developer with a background in design. She studied Graphic and Multimedia Design and Web Application Development. She has worked at a startup, advertising agency, digital newspaper and IT consultancy. She is currently at Softtek as a web developer on the Real Madrid project. With 10 years in the industry, her dual perspective allows her to understand the challenges of both worlds. She is passionate about when design and code speak the same language.

Kelly Cuesta is a marketing and inclusion (DEI) leader with over a decade of experience at high-growth tech companies in the EMEA region. She has led go-to-market strategies and partner marketing in complex tech ecosystems, and is the founder of Latinas in Tech Madrid and Lean In Madrid. She combines her corporate career with university teaching in branding, digital transformation and leadership. Kelly is passionate about helping women in tech design intentional, visible and sustainable careers.

He Sun works in Data & AI at Alibaba, supporting global clients such as TikTok, Shein, AliExpress and Temu. She has over 10 years in the industry building large-scale data systems that help companies understand and transform the real world. She believes the future of technology is not just code, but people-centred intelligence, where women bring unique strengths in systems thinking, empathy and multi-dimensional problem solving.

Yoyu Li is the founder of the independent video game studio Infinite Whys. She is the producer and narrative designer of Whispers in the West, and writer and narrative designer of Reigns: Three Kingdoms. With experience in board games and cloud technology, she is passionate about introducing social elements into video games through innovative game mechanics.

Yuliia Tkachova is CEO and co-founder of Masthead Data, a data observability platform for enterprise teams working with Google Cloud. With over 8 years of experience in the Google Cloud ecosystem, she co-architected the Masthead solution, achieving Designated Partner status in BigQuery and MySQL, as well as recognition as a Google Cloud Build Partner. A recognised thought leader in the industry, she regularly publishes strategic analyses on Google Cloud data solutions and led the Canadian chapter of the Google Cloud Customer Community. Her technical innovation and community leadership have established her as a trusted advisor for organisations scaling their data infrastructure on Google Cloud.

Marisa is an Engineering Manager (SW Architect) with over 15 years of experience in technical and non-technical roles, across various organisations, sectors and countries, always linked to infrastructure and platform. She is passionate about everything related to business and engineering platforms, especially GreenOps, FinOps, SRE and security. She is a mentor at Step4ward and TechShessions, adores her dogs and loves everything related to moving and tinkering.
